Hot air stove for corn and pellet

Ecological combustion. How it works?

The stove for processing pellets is highly efficient and its operation is very economical. Wooden pellets are an effective ecological fuel.

Economical heating is closely related to cheap and easily accessible fuel. You too can draw benefit from hot air stoves designed for corn and pellet combustion.

Observation of a long term development of prices for electricity, gas, coal and corn (as a bio fuel) clearly shows that heating by corn and pellets presents the most advantageous and most stable way of obtaining heat. The harvest of biomass from ca 1,5 hectare of land is sufficient for heating the family home for one season.

The stove design, especially the design of the burner and heating chamber for corn combustion, ensures high efficiency and an economical operation. Due to these characteristics, the stove has become one of a group of incomparably cheap heating solutions on the market.

The secret of economical operation lies, of course, in the type of fuel used. Nature provides that fuel to us again and again, every year. Large amounts of bio mass are everywhere around us. A huge amount of heat is contained within that material.
Using this heat is economically and ecologically possible only by means of a controlled process of combustion. It is necessary to provide a special burning chamber for ecological combustion of corn and pellets. Our stove was developed over a period of two years and presents a top quality product, outstanding by its great advantages.

The Stove's Advantages

The stove is equipped with a:

  • Modern ecological regulator with adjustable power regulation in a range of 8-18 kW, that ensures excellent control.
  • Self-controlled hot air ignition mechanism - so that the stove does not have be started in a complicated way.
  • Adjustable blow fan that forces the air through the stove and then blows out the heated air, thus enabling the heating of large spaces as required.
  • 50 l fuel hopper, which, even when the stove is being used at full capacity, only needs to be refilled once every 10 hours approximately.
  • Glass viewing window to the combustion chamber for a visual check of burning.
  • Inbuilt smoke extraction fan so that a chimney is not necessary.
  • Large area waste heat exchanger that ensures extraordinarily high efficiency and meets the most demanding emissions criteria set by European standards - especially standard pr EN 14785.
  • Easily changeable parts which are exposed to the heat ensuring the longer lifespan of the stove.
  • It is easily movable and mobile thanks to its low weight.
