Advantages of The Pellet Mill LM72

Our pellet mill is a perfect combination of a powerful granulation matrix along with its unique design. The diameter and size of the granulation wheels allows for using a low input motor of only 5,5 kW for driving the granulation press whilst the power for the whole system is only 8,85 kW.

Controlled design of the mixing arm ensures the perfect mix of the granulated material with water or with other components, i.e. lignin, molasses, oil, or vitamins for feed granulation etc.

Our pellets machine

The pellet mill is equipped with a modern electronic regulator which prevents the granulator from overloading. Unique design of the dosage system with its closed feeding hopper and continuous circulation ensure that the material is fed to the granulator punctually.

Two machines in one - a sorting apparatus ensures that processed pellets are cooled down at the same time by air - thus not necessitating a separate cooler.
Direct power transmission from the motor to the press, as opposed to using belts for example, prevents any unnecessary loss of energy.
